Real Estate
We are an “Alpha” focussed investor and therefore only underwrite and execute transactions with active value creation potential. We consider real assets holistically and invest in different property classes and different risk/return profiles with a focus on the European market. Previous transactions include traditional project developments and standing assets in mostly the residential, hospitality and mixed use space.Within the Real Estate vertical, ALP.X provides services for (i) external investors as a fee developer, asset manager, investment manager, consultant, due diligence provider, underwriting provider, etc., and (ii) aims to build up, independent long term holdings under the group structure
Infrastructure
Today we face great ecological challenges. We are convinced that investments should make an important contribution to climate protection and sustainability. With our “asset heavy” investment strategy, we provide capital to advance ecologically valuable technologies such as renewable energy (onshore wind; solar) and water treatment. Investment focus lies on the European market with some existing exposure in North America. Within the Infrastructure vertical, ALP.X provides services for (i) external investors as a fee developer, asset manager, investment manager, consultant, due diligence provider, underwriting provider, etc., and (ii) aims to build up, independent long term holdings under the group structure
Corporate Growth
We create sustainable value not only in the core areas of real estate and infrastructure, but also with our direct investments in companies within our “Corporate Growth” vertical. In addition to direct investing, ALP.X develops proprietary concepts ("idea generator") and subsequently implements such concepts as part of the Greenfield Program. Corporate Growth allows us to increase efficiencies and thereby create synergies..Within the Corporate Growth vertical, ALP.X provides services for (i) external investors as board representation, management of Corporate Venture Capital (“CVC”) portfolios, strategic steering, due diligence provider, underwriting provider, etc., and (ii) aims to build up, independent long term holdings under the group structure
